Terri Burbank has been a member of the Santa Clarita community since moving to the SCV from the San Fernando Valley in 1986.  She has been General Manager of Saugus Speedway and Saugus Swap Meet/Santa Clarita Open Air Market since early 1996.  Terri came on board at Saugus Speedway with an extensive background in finance.  Terri attended California State University at Northridge, and was priviledged to be accepted to their studies abroad program for a year in Aix-en-Provence, France.  With 15 years of banking and finance experience, encompassing management and regional operations in both international and domestic banking with large corporate clients and high net worth individuals, Terri worked in Beverly Hills and Downtown Los Angeles for Crocker National Bank and French Bank of California (12 years), and moving closer to home and her three children, California Federal Bank in the San Fernando Valley.

As General Manager of Santa Clarita's largest Special Event Facility, Terri is responsible for coordinating and producing in-house events such as the Home & Garden Show and Annual Oldies & Goodies Classic Car, Truck, and Motorcycle Show.  She has also coordinated the Santa Clarita Open Air Market entertainment, property rentals and film shoots.  Saugus Speedway, under Terri's direction, has been committed to serving the community, and actively supports various non-profit organizations, as well as local school sports and arts programs throughout the Santa Clarita Valley.  Terri and the Saugus Speedway were proud recipients in 2004 of the Corporate Donor Award by Special Olympics of Southern California for the Speedway's continued support over the years.  Terri has been an active member of the SCV Tourism Committee since 1997 and currently serves as Chair of the 2005 Committee, in addition to serving on various community advisory boards, including KHTS, our SCV hometown station.
