Each student that graduates from Albert Einstein Academy will have completed a minimum of four years of language studies during middle and high school. The curriculum will provide students with tools to develop their intellectual, artistic, physical, technological, and social competencies which allow them to graduate with a deeper understanding of the relationships among society, and to create a love for learning that will last a lifetime.

The Einstein Academy seeks to prepare students for 21st century careers and live apart of a democratic society through a well rounded educational experience that is loaded in exposure to the following languages: English, Spanish, Latin, Greek, Hebrew, and Arabic. With this passionate outlook on education, this has led the Einstein Academy to be in the top 1% of performance for schools in the state, number 40 out of 2,800.

The application process for the Einstein Academy can be similar to a college application. All application deadlines are due in the middle of March. However, if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available spaces for any grade, the school is required by law, to hold a random, public lottery to fill the available spaces. This will be done until every available space is filled. The waitlist for the academy is an average of 665 students. Following the lottery, students who have been accepted will be notified by an acceptance letter via the mail.

The Einstein academy has a zero tolerance for bullying and harassment policy. They believe that all of their students and school employees will have an educational setting that is safe, secure and free form harassment and bullying of any kind. Violations of the zero tolerance policy, including but not limiting to bullying based on gender, race, religion, ethnicity, or sexual orientation, may lead to suspension or expulsion.
