There are over 45 million IRA owners in the US
and less than 4% of them know or utilize the ability to self-direct their IRA
account! With a self-directed IRA (SDI), you may invest in ANY investment you
choose, including real estate, loans secured or unsecured by real estate, and

Retirement Income Security Act) states that you may invest your retirement
funds in any vehicle you choose, excluding life insurance policies and
collectibles. Do not take my word for it, do your due diligence. Use the
internet and “Google” ERISA. You may also reference the IRS website at www.irs.gov.
There you will find publication 590 which states that this IS a legal option
for your retirement funds. It also gives additional instructions and examples
on the rules and guidelines set forth by the IRS to ensure that your IRA funds
are protected and that investments exclusively benefit the IRA.
