The Dodgers won Game 7 of the National League Championship Series (NLCS) against the Milwaukee Brewers Saturday 5 – 1 in the final game of the series.

This the 23rd National League pennant for the Dodgers, tying them with the Giants for the second most in baseball history behind  the Yankees.

The first run of the game went to the Brewers with Christian Yelich, hitting a home run early in the first inning of Game 7.

The Boys in Blue were quick to answer, with Cody Bellinger hitting off a two-run homer in the 2nd inning. The Dodgers increased their lead in the 6th, when Yasiel Puig swung to the fences with a homerun, bringing Max Muncy and Bellinger home with him.

The Dodgers bullpen, including Clayton Kershaw, were able to keep the Brewers at bay, preventing the team from scoring any more runs for the rest of the game.

According to USA Today, the Red Sox are a slight favorite to win the World Series, as Las Vegas oddsmakers have set the Red Sox as minus-135 favorites in early betting, while the Dodgers have plus-115 to win the series.

For the average fan, that means a $135 bet on the Red Sox will pay $100 for a win, while a $100 bet on the Dodgers pays $115 if the L.A. team comes out on top.

Game 1 of the World Series will premiere Tuesday, Oct. 23. KHTS Radio is set to broadcast all seven games of the series on 1220 AM and on 98.1 FM.
