(Its also the origination of the word “Calisthenics” 

John Dev, Owner and Head Coach of Kalos Sthenos CrossFit in Santa Clarita, has been a personal trainer for the past 14 years.  He has a background in weight training, distance running, and gymnastics, which led him to start him own journey in Cross Training.  John opened Kalos Sthenos Cross Fit just off of Soledad Canyon Road at the base of the Cross Valley connector.  It is right next door to Santa Clarita Valley Ju-Jitsu, behind Sherwin Williams Paint.
