SCV Senior Center City Council Candidates Forum

Date: March 4, 2014 - 2:00 pm
Time: 2:00 pm  to

Focusing on Senior Issues

The SCV Senior Center is hosting a City Council Candidates Forum on Tuesday, March 4, 2:00 – 3:30 p.m., moderated by KHTS AM-1220 news director, Perry Smith.  Audience members will receive a card at registration and submit questions, in writing, to the moderator. Candidates will respond after their opening statements.

Thirteen candidates, including two incumbents, are vying for three seats in the April 8th election.  The public will have a unique opportunity to ask critical questions and learn each candidate’s stance and ideas regarding senior issues.  Seniors comprise a significant demographic and voting bloc, so it is essential that candidates offer solutions that address senior concerns.  To make an informed vote, attend the SCV Senior Center Candidates Forum.

For more information, please call 661-259-9444.  The SCV Senior Center is located at 22900 Market Street, Santa Clarita, 91321.

The mission of the SCV Senior Center is to promote quality of life for seniors.
