Exciting and talented performer, {>}TERRY BROWN, kicks off the fall season of the SCVTV Presents The OutWest Concert Series with a night of great music. Do you enjoy Country Music? Western Music? Great, toe-tapping, inspiring music? You’ll enjoy Terry Brown!
After spending 36 weeks in the top 30 on the Western Music Charts, Terry Brown’s latest CD, “It’s A Cowboy Thang” garnered a nomination by the Western Music Association for Western Album Of The Year AND Album of the Year from the Academy Of Western Artists. “It’s A Cowboy Thang” currently sits at #2 on the APD Global Americana Music charts.

Terry has toured for over 25 years and shines in the singer/songwriter role with just his acoustic guitar. He has performed with Chris LeDoux, Aaron Tippin, Toby Keith, and Brooks and Dunn as well as other major stars. With the release of Terry’s new CD, “It’s A Cowboy Thang”, released in March 2012, closes the gap between traditional Western music and mainstream radio. Known as “The Louis L’Amour of the Cowboy Singers”, hearing one of Terry’s western songs is like reading a good western novel, only it doesn’t take as long. Having performed his music at hundreds of rodeos and venues around the country, Terry knows a little something about the cowboy spirit and has a deep respect for our western roots.

With a catalogue of over 1200 songs and over 70 songs recorded by other acts, Terry’s songs have appeared on millions of records worldwide. Terry has the kind of voice that is perfectly suited for the storyteller role. Its depth and emotional quality make you believe the stories he sings and makes you want to hear them again and again.
