Exercise: Exercise is the simplest and most important things to relieve back pain naturally. You have to wakeup early in the morning to do exercise. Most important thing is how the exercise helps in reducing back pain. The muscle only needs movement. Exercise keeps the body in motion and controls the body weight. If you start running in the early morning, it gives you the fresh air in morning which is good for your health and the muscles of your body keeps moving so you will relieve from the back pain. Research has already prove that if you are over weight, then you are not able to move your body freely which is simply a cause of back pain. So you must do the daily exercise.

Good Sleep: A sleep of 8 hours a day is very important for the body. If you do not sleep for 8 hours a day, you may feel lazy, tired or having back pain in the morning. Every one needs a sound sleep of 8 hours at night but its a very common problem for every one that they get disturbed during their sleep. You need good mattress to sleep and a good sleep position, so you do not feel back pain. You have to maintain the good body posture during the sleep time.
