High Heel-A-Thon

Strap on Your Stilettos and “Stomp Out Domestic and Dating Violence”

“Stomp-Out Domestic and Dating Violence” with Soroptimist International of Greater Santa Clarita Valley (SIGSCV) at the third annual High-Heel-a-Thon!  Gather on Main Street in Old Town Newhall, between Market and 6th on Sunday, May 22, 2011.  VIP celebration begins at 11:00am at El Trocadero Steakhouse.

Participants will head over to Veteran’s Plaza and stomp 150 yards down Walnut Street to Egg Plantation, and then enjoy concessions and great vendors.  A percentage of the proceeds will be donated to The Domestic Violence Center of Santa Clarita, Break the Cycle, and Valley Trauma Center.  The entire family is encouraged to participate.

Teams are forming now and to make this event a success SIGSCV needs YOU!

Participating in the Heel-A-Thon with a team multiplies the fun, the laughter and strengthens the impact that you have to “Stomp Out Domestic and Dating Violence”.
