Joining Crystal Lacy Edwards is Kathleen Kenneally, licensed acupuncturist and herbalist, who discusses energies, allergies, and how it all ties together.
Kathleen holds a B.A. from UCLA, and Master of Science in Oriental Science.
She discusses some common allergies and how a lot of the time many allergies go unnoticed, and untreated.
“If you fall within a certain scale you may not be considered allergic, even though you have sensitivities that lead to reactions.”
Subtle sensitivities may add up throughout the day, leading to discomforts, or even illness.
Though it directly affects our wellness, the majority of people don’t relate pain and illness to minor many of these many allergies.
Seasonal acupuncture treatments can give patients a big boost in their immune system, as the transitioning of seasons must be synced up with the energy of the body.
Kathleen explains the release of pressure and energy through the use of needle acupuncture.
On acupuncture Kathleen says, “It balances the body out so well…it unblocks places where we are feeling blocked and sets in motion self healing mechanisms.”
