Welcome to The Doctor Polucki Family Health Hour on your Hometown Station AM 1220 KHTS. I am your host Dr. Polucki and my co host Tony is on a movie shoot today so she will not be with us. This show is all about living healthy and feeling your best, and there is no better example of that than my guest today Patsy Ayala.
Patsy Ayala is heavily involved in the community from running a business, to teaching zumba, taking care of her children and more. Patsy gives a few tips on how to keep healthy while living a hectic life. First you should make sure to get a good nights sleep, it can be hard at times with so many things happening, but it is important. Secondly, what you eat is very important. Make sure you get your fruits and vegetables when you can and protein in the morning. Never bring junk food to your house, because if it is there, you will be tempted. Thirdly, Patsy tells us that your attitude is important to a healthy lifestyle. Keep an upbeat attitude with everything you do.
So let’s go through the day. First you need a good breakfast. Make sure it is healthy and that you will enjoy it. It is healthy and will brighten your day. Next thing you need to focus on is time management. This will help you avoid stress. Avoiding stress and eating healthy will help you look and feel younger.
