On today’s show Host Dr. polucki sits down with Alex Urbina, host of Life Leadership with Alex Urbina and discuss the body and health and making sure you are at your best.

The myth of new years resolutions is just that, a myth. You shouldn’t be focused on that just during December and the beginning of the year but should be doing those things, whatever they may be throughout the year.

What is hard is learning how to shift into what you want. The shift takes place in the state. The state of what you are and what you are being or becoming.

I think in life we look at it as what we want. A state of having, Alex said. If I want X, then Y, then I will be Z. I think we have been taught that certain steps are the only way to be successful in life.

A question few ask themselves is can you be in the moment and recognize when you are in the moment?
