Earth Week Celebrations – James Foster Elementary School April 21, 2008

Students at James Foster Elementary School in Saugus held a giant rally Monday morning, April 21st, in celebration of Earth Day on Tuesday. The event kicked off a week long celebration of Earth Day, and encouraged the students to be more proactive in taking care of our planet. Later in the week, the students will learn about recycling, water conservation and treatment, and tree planting. KHTS on-air host Jason Endicott attended the rally and spoke to several of the students live on the air to find out why it was important to them to recycle.
