Forecast Calls For Drizzle; Snow Level At 6,500 Feet Tuesday

Outlook from the National Weather Service (Oct. 20)

Saturday-Sunday: Patchy drizzle will affect portions of Los Angeles and Ventura counties this morning west of the mountains, making freeways and streets potentially slippery due to the oil being raised on the roadways.

There will be more widespread drizzle or light showers overnight, bringing the potential of slippery road conditions once again.

Sunday-Friday: A relatively weak storm system will bring a chance of showers to Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties Monday, then spread southward into Ventura and Los Angeles counties Monday night into Tuesday.

Rainfall totals will be light in nature. Snow levels will remain above 7,000 feet with a possible dusting at the resort levels above 6,500 feet on Tuesday.
