On Saturday, March 9th, Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital and the City of Santa Clarita hosted a free local community health fair at Jo Anne Darcy Library in Canyon Country.  Free health screenings were available for the public including blood pressure, height/weight analysis, body fat analysis, cholesterol test, glucose test, and stroke prevention education.  There were various booths from local health organizations giving out raffle prizes and talking to the public.  There was a special place for kids where they could learn about making healthy food choices.
