On today’s show, Alex Urbina talks with co-owner of KHTS AM 1220 Jeri Seratti-Goldman about being an extraordinary fatherhood and being a parent.
What does it take to be a good father?
When you think of a great father what qualities or what do you think of?
“When I think of a great father I think of my own father and my husband,” Goldman said. “Some of my fondest memories was at the slopes during our winter vacations. Being one with my family.”
We do a lot with our family, and you (Alex) have taught us that we should not just do but be and do the act of being, Goldman said.
One of the keys is being present with your family, be checked in, Alex said. I think that is the struggle. To be present you have to have a sort of self-checking system or dialogue to get yourself in the moment.
One of the greatest gifts is when you give me feedback about your family and how you have changed for the better, Alex said.
