Good Morning KHTS listeners,
Hi, my name is Nicholas Devlin and I am a 4th grader in Mrs. Lyznick’s class at Canyon Springs Community School in the Sulphur Springs School District.
I’ll be reviewing Night of the Vampire written by Christopher Pike. It was written in _____ and is 102 pages long.
The book, Night of the Vampire, by Christopher Pike, has a small group of young heroes overcoming difficult situations. Their names are Watch, Cindy, Bryce, Sally, and Adam. These adolescent heroines do the unexpected against supernatural vampires! All the heroes are brave and pure-hearted, but at the same time normal kids making jokes and eating donuts. Well, I’m not giving away anything good, but I will say that there are never ending adventure in Springville, (a.k.a. Spooksville) and some vampires got into quite a squish.
My opinion of this book is that it’s just great! The heroes do larger than life things such as hijacking a U.F.O. (which is from Creature in the Teacher) and it’s their brains that usually saves them instead of their brawn.
Young readers would enjoy reading Night of the Vampire as I have because it is a combination of mystery, adventure, and pure terror.
