Once again the dynamic radio duo has hit it out of the par. And by “it” I am referring to the metaphorical radio powered baseball soaring through Santa Clarita Valley resident’s ears on the latest edition of the radio digest version of the Santa Clarita Valley Gazette and Free Classifieds. To begin their audio based adventure through all things related to Santa Clarita, whether it is news, sports, comedy, having fun in the city with and without your kids, politics and so much more, it is the Gazette Radio Hour’s duty to spend their Friday afternoons delivering the SCV 411. Before Doug got a chance to deliver said local news, John shocked everyone by appearing down right flustered and irritated on live radio. Something was affecting the very essence and consciousness of John Rogers to his breaking point. He saw nothing worth living for. No pleasure under Earth’s radiant atmosphere could breach his gloomy perspective. Why? Doug Sutton knew why. It was his rant. This time, Doug’s Rant (the internationally known megaton of an editorial depression bomb) really took a grasp of John’s spirituality and it took a few nudges from his co host in order to shake him free from the burden of bleakness. When the two radio hosts were deemed fit (by each other) to continue, they called on KHTS News Director Perry Smith to give more details on local arrests and more, and even brought Dan Masnada from the Castaic Lake Water Agency to discuss all things drought related and lastly, even Rich Gutierrez the Coach of the Canyon Cowboys to chat local football.
