Whether it was the passing of the blood moon, or the delightful blooming flowers from the passing of spring, leaving every plantern in the Santa Clarita Valley screaming to be sniffed by every puppy and human alike – the Santa Clarita Gazette and Free Classifieds has undoubtedly released the most wonderful hour of radio entertainment that anyone has ever heard, in all of existence. At least, that extremely long winded and repetitive introduction was quoted from none other than Doug Sutton during one of the unrecorded commercial breaks on the latest edition of the Santa Clarita Gazette Radio Hour – the radio digest version of the Santa Clarita Gazette and Free Classifieds. Even though his co host John Rogers was bent on the mental obliteration and even metaphysical reconstruction of Doug Sutton’s very strict and unwavering perspective, into what John Roger’s would prefer his radio partner could execute. For example, John Rogers and Doug Sutton had an argument. For everyone listening to the Gazette Radio Hour, that is not new. However, this time, Doug may have crossed the line, according to John Rogers at least. Doug Sutton entered the controversial battleground known as “defending Donald Sterling”. To Doug’s credit, he believes Sterlings comments are not shared by the majority of the National Basketball Association, but he believes strongly that no matter what Sterling may do or say, it is a communist and socialist act to remove his business based on his personal or political viewpoints. According to John Rogers, Doug Sutton may be terribly mistaken and simply not physiologically capable of interpreting true facts from a straight timeline of events, without spoiling or contaminating said history with his own ideas and beliefs of the way things should be. It would have been a bloodthirsty battle, if it weren’t for John’s professional legal background preventing any violence. The Gazette Radio crew next invited Chris Burke AKA Mr. Music, Barry Mckeever host of The Rock, Joe Messina host of The Real Side, and Hans AKA Mr. Sports to talk all things Santa Clarita and current events.
