Santa Clarita Unplugged: Dive deep into Santa Clarita’s art scene with local artists and current West Ranch High School students Savannah Burrows and Hannah Greenwald!

On this episode, non-profit organization focused on providing blankets for critically ill and traumatized children. Their job is to reach out to people to spread the word about Project Linus and what they do.

About Project Linus:

Project Linus National Headquarters is located in Belton, Missouri. National President Patty Gregory and Vice President Mary Balagna direct and orchestrate the activities of Project Linus chapters located across the United States. Patty has been involved with the organization in the Kansas City area since April 2000 and Mary in Central Illinois since late 1998, as chapter coordinators and now as directors and officers. Mary also maintains a very busy chapter, donating an average of 350 blankets every month to local children. With chapters in all 50 states, Project Linus continues to grow. About the Hosts:

Savannah Burrows: A resident of Santa Clarita, CA, Savannah has cultivated a community of supporters who are deeply invested in her success – but none more so than her parents. Her father Bruce, an inventor and entrepreneur, co-writes. Her mother, Bobbi Burrows, is no stranger to the entertainment industry, was a University of Wisconsin-Madison music major that toured with the Wisconsin Singers.

Savannah recently rocked the “Concerts in the Park” summer series for an audience of over 12,000 on Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Central Park in Santa Clarita, CA. Savannah is working hard to earn her place in country music.

Hannah Greenwald: A Santa Clarita Valley native and a Junior at West Ranch High School, where she is a proud member of the award winning, on-campus television station West Ranch Television. As a crewmember and on-air personality, Hannah strives to shine a light on the people and places that make The Santa Clarita Valley a special place to live. Whether Hannah spends her time playing piano or playing AYSO soccer, she never fails to take advantage of all the opportunities her neighborhood has to offer.
