Dr. Gene Dorio and Barbara Cochran open the show with a warm Happy New Year, and discuss the New Year, reflecting on the holidays, the past year, and what to expect in the coming year. They continue to talk about the senior lifestyle during the holidays, as well as sharing stories from their holiday activities. The first guest Dr. Gene Dorio and Barbara Cochran talk to is Carl Goldman from your Hometown Station AM-1220 to discuss the Habitat for Humanity program called Habitat for Heroes. Carl shares his passion for this program, and provides information on the program and why it is an amazing program. The second guest on the show today is Dr. Greg Jenkins, M.D. from The Doctors Office, sits down with Dorio and Cochran to discuss health related issues. Dr. Jenkins talks about how he became involved with Santa Clarita Valley, while sharing a brief story on himself and his history with the valley and the beginnings of his medical career in the Santa Clarita Valley.
