A little about Tami Lindahl …
I have been in the fitness industry since 2001. My certifications include group exercise, personal training, kickboxing, youth fitness, and senior fitness to name a few.
To date I’ve taught classes at the senior center, traditional gyms, women- only gyms, and in-home personal training. I’ve successfully run a “Fit Kids” program, been highlighted and published in several magazines, been a guest host on KHTS radio, including, the Fitness Hour with Ellen Como, the Senior Hour, and Beyond Harmony. I also sit on the board of the Health Care Committee through the SCV Chamber of Commerce.
My most recent venture has been opening my own gym called “Club 50 Fitness”. I’ve helped 100’s of people begin an exercise program, and lose weight.
