The Credit Gal – July 10, 2014

Darbe started off her latest edition of the The Credit Gal introducing what was sure to be her most revolutionary, utterly oozing with radio knowledge, and completely exhilarating. Dave and John Babiracki are a father and son real estate duo. They broke down their philosophy about selling homes, and why they are so passionate about homeownership. Dave mentioned early on, “You can either pay someone else’s mortgage, or you can pay your own”. And Darbe notes that, that is the reality of homeownership. To do what you need to do, save smart, and not to exceed your spending past your means. In the end, you can be in your own home. To make that dream come to fruition, the Babiracki team mentioned Pacific Shores Real Estate, Inc. “buyer assistant program” which promises to make their first payment on their mortgage. Darbe next talked to Executive Manager of Nissan of Valencia, Daniel Sterkel. Daniel Sterkel has done wonders for the community of Santa Clarita and Darbe really felt she needed to have his perspective on finances, cars, young drivers and so much more.
