Don and Gino Start off the show with a jobs report and how the last few job reports have been strong. The trends have been increasing in the past three weeks. Don and Gino have on special guest Mark Thompson from the Mark and Brian Show and he speaks on his new radio show working with the NFL called the NFL Slam. Don, Gino and Mark then talk a little real estate and how the market has been booming in the past year. Don and Gino have on a new guest, Jim Backer and jim speaks on some new projects coming along in the Santa Clarita Valley. They also talk about new employment in the valley.

Don and Gino Start off the Real Estate Hour with guest Brandon Montemayor from keller Williams VIP Properties. They touch on a few topics regarding the rise and fall of the real estate market and how the market is rising at the moment. Brandon talks more in depth about the dramatic shift that is going on in the industry. Don,Gino and brandon talk about new homes being built and how those houses are selling in the market. Gino touches on how right now is a perfect time to buy.
