Finance Hour

Don Goettling began the latest segment slightly different than usual. Unfortunately, his co host Gino Fronti had to spend some time with his family today, so Don asked his good friend and associate, Steve Corn, a 20 year veteran of Newhall Escrow to help on the show. Steve’s first task was to bring an exciting and informative guest speaker, which he absolutely nailed. Kirk Harney from REC Solar came in today to speak on the latest innovations their company is paving the environmental industry highway with. His team at REC Solar is leading the solar industry with hundreds of satisfied clients whether residential or commercial. Kirk really broke down the basics, tidbits and complicated intricacies of solar energy. For example, Kirk explained that running ten 100-watt bulbs for an hour equal 1 kilowatt of energy.

Real Estate Hour

Dan Faina came on for the second segment to speak about the recent advancements where Williams Homes began taking up more and more responsibilities in the Santa Clarita Valley. Williams Homes is locally owned and operated and for good reason – they bring a huge amount of value to our community, and under the guidance of Dan, who works as Director of Sales and Marketing, Williams Homes is taking even better care of their clients and ramping up their productivity.
