On today’s show Gino has on special guest Ken Harris from First American Exchange to talk to us about seller carryback financing and 1031 exchange. Ken Harris has been with the First American Family since August of 1994.  He started at First American in the Escrow division as an Escrow Officer.  In the year 2000 Ken transferred from the Escrow division to the 1031 Exchange division of First American. By 2002 Ken had worked his way from being an Exchange Assistant to an Exchange Officer. From 2002 until 2008 Ken handled the forward exchange transactions and also specialized in the more complicated Reverse and Build to Suit exchange transactions in the First American Exchange Southern California Region, which includes the Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and Hawaii offices.

On today’s show Gino has special guest Tamar House a license Realtor since 1994 who obtained her broker’s license in 2007. She owns and operates a team of experts, Team House Real Estate. Team House Real Estate is a full-service real estate company based in Valencia, California. Team House deals with commercial and residential properties and serves clients throughout Valencia, Santa Clarita, Los Angeles, and the greater Southern California area. House talks about the price reductions for the summer and different ways to market your home. She gives advice on realistic house prices and knowing the value of your house. More inventory will be coming in this Summer to the market.
