Don Goettling and Gino Fronti brought the distinctly professional Ken Harris Vice President of First American Exchange Company. Ken Harris has been in the business of 1031 Exchanges and so much more. The Cherry Creek Mortgage radio duo brought him on to talk specifics, and minute details that would give listeners the edge over their competition. In an impromptu conversation that sprouted from an offshoot dialogue of Gino Fronti’s gas problems – Gino asked Ken, “we haven’t talked too much about commercial. have you done a lot with commercial?” To which Ken responded confidently, “I have done commercial, investment, personal, all kinds since 1994 with First American Exchange Company. Ken Harris first got started at First American Exchange Company as an Escrow Officer in the Escrow division. However, by 2000 Ken transferred to the 1031 Exchange division of First American, and has been a vital resource ever since. Ken Harris has been building the exchange business as an Account Executive since 2008 by giving superior customer service and sharing his professional experience and knowledge to clients.
