Specifically at this moment however, Don and Gino is going to be focusing on finance with their amazing guest. This particular guest has been a member of the community for years, and literally helped establish amazing town, Jim Baker. Jim gives grants to kids getting into schools, and constantly helping the youth and local business in Santa Clarita. Jim was also involved in the founding and continues working towards building the industrial center, the commerce center, and the list goes on and on. JSB Development has even built the building Don and Gino work in! JSB Development has also participated in naming the streets here in Santa Clarita.

Topic: The next guests Don and Gino interview on their show is the Randy Plaice Team. Couldn’t get the entire team on the show because of the demanding work that Randy and Liz commit too. Being as there are more buyers than sellers in Santa Clarita, this creates a unique situation. Buyers have the opportunity to sell high. These guys will help their clients sell their home for the most amount of money, they believe their listing price is a marketing tool. Being able to use this tool is key to success in this business.
