The Don and Gino Show – April 25, 2013

Finance Hour

Don and Gino explored the many various techniques to achieve the dream of homeownership, designed specifically for those in Santa Clarita. The guys gave wildly imperative information on opportunities and revelations in the mortgage and finance industries, however, what separates them from the mainstream, is their local centralized info. For example, the Affordability Index. Don and Gino dissect the in’s and out’s of this unique opportunity for first time buyers, meaning, when this plan was introduced, the government thought 67% of the population was financially stable to buy a home, now in 2013, that number has dropped to 62%. This means potential buyers need to hurry, because the affordability is getting more affordable.

Real Estate Hour

One of the top agents in the Santa Clarita Valley graced the booth with Don and Gino during their Real Estate hour: Neal Wichel. Neal has held his top position as an agent for years, he really is the definition of professionalism. And thankfully, he is still helping people in the Santa Clarita community to take advantage in the most shrewd manners, of all possible opportunities. For example, he is helping someone purchase a home and sell their current house. Immediately Neal knew the market was evolving again when he discovered that out of all the houses on the market in Valencia, absolutely zero were foreclosures or short sales. This is the kind of information that is showing how dramatically the real estate market can vary in your community, from the huge nationwide blanket statement the mainstream media gives everyone.
