oday we will give our word on wealth, which gives you an idea of what is happening in the economy today and how it helps you in Santa Clarita.      So we always talk about jobs, and what creates jobs? Real estate, it is all about trends.  Un-employment has dropped tremendously this week.  It is at around 330, and every one is exited.  Now we are about to make a dent in the unemployment numbers.  It is trending a little bit down, and if you compare it to last year, it is better.

Speaking of hot, lets talk about the stock.  So a lot of times, we are watching the market.  And something that is putting a damper on the interest rates.  It looks like we are going to set a record in a lack luster economy.  Why is that? We watch economic indicators all day, we are online a lot.  We are telling you know to be careful, we are at all time highs.  I bet you do not remember how low we where last year, and when there is a spike like that, there is always a correction.  So if we hit that all time high, then we will see a ten percent pull back over the next couple weeks, that could be from three hundred to a thousand points.  So make sure to talk to a professional.
