So anyway, we are all about relationships. And we have a deal in escrow and the lady has been working for her employer and went to her boss who knows how significant this means to her, goes ahead and lends this young lady her down payment. Good relationships. Lets talk about that for one sec, total payment 2606,. I know for a fact you can find a detached condo for the exact price, but you will be paying more if you rent.

Like, Want, Need and Afford. These are the questions we went over last week, however, they’ll always stay prevalent in our society and they’re good rules to live by. Did you know negative equity is down 200,000 thousand people that don’t need scuba gear? yeah, I’m talking thousands of people that are no longer under water. In fact, Warren Buffet has even been taken hold with real estate. Real estate is never going to be unprofitable, think about it. Human beings will always need a place to sleep, live and love. But now, we have one of the most influential mentors Don’s ever met, let alone had the fortune to continually learn and grow with. That’s right, I’m talking about Todd Duncan.

The most successful people usually have met some hard knocks and defeated some serious trials and tribulations in their lives. Did you know 95% of people miss out on that golden 5% of their goals? Truly determined individuals will be successful because they believe they have no choice other than to pursue that extra 5% – putting in 100% effort into their goals. Prioritizing is another component of success. Being able to organize, not multitask, but single tasking. Including knowing when to stop doing something you are not good at. Learning from mistakes is a skill often ignored and taken for granted, but it is necessary .

Kyle Jellings grew up in the Santa Clarita Valley and graduated from Canyon High School in 2004. Following his high school career he spent three years at College of the Canyons where he graduated with his Associate's Degree. Kyle then traveled to Utah where he obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Communication: Journalism emphasis from Utah Valley University. While in Utah, Kyle had the opportunity to do many different internships which included a Production Assistant at ESPN 700 and a Media Relations Assistant with the 2009 MLS Cup Champions Real Salt Lake. Kyle was married to his wife Paola in 2008 and they had their first child, Calvin, in August of 2010. When Kyle is not at KHTS he enjoys spending time with his family and being involved in sports in any way.
