Don and ino brought their one and only estate planning guru, Lisa Odom intot he studio for a chat during their finance hour today. From getting help creating a trust, deciphering or writing a will, the hurdles and loopholes with leaving a house, business or estate – Lisa helped guide listeners through so much more. Don asked Lisa an important question in the middle of their session, “Isn’t estate planning only for rich people?” Lisa quickly nipped this unfounded stereotype in the bud. She summed up her logic concerning who can invest in estate planning pretty well – If someone had millions in the bank, their family will do well. If someone has 40,000 in the bank, it is more imperative to make sure they leave what they can to their family members.

For their final hour on the air, Don and Gino went full sail into the topic they know and love: helping people obtain the dream homeownership. Between themselves, they have over thirty years of experience in the business, and Gino likes to note that the majority of those years are from Don. They have proven themselves to be a trustworthy source of information and one of the most professional options a homebuyer can possibly seek. They brought on Paul Dinkel, the knockout broker associate from RE/MAX of Santa Clarita for the Real Estate segment. Paul has worked with Don on so many projects, because of his track record. Paul on the other hand, also only works and connects with true professionals. They spoke about how the market is constantly shifting, and how to navigate these dangerous waters with a leader like Paul, or Don and Gino.
