The Real Side – March 28, 2013
First up: Joe’s consternation about a school in New Hampshire that has banned dodgeball because it promotes bullying. The school district’s board banned the game and other “human target activities.” A parent complained that their middle-school child was being bullied, and thus the ban was enacted, to remove games where children are targets. Joe believes this is overblown, and that what the school board calls bullying is merely playful sportsmanship.
