Hour 1 – Arif begins todays show talking about the change that is coming in the new year. Arif talks about how some laws are changing in the year 2014. He discusses how grocery stores will now be charging for plastic bags. Arif expresses how he feels about this topic and how unfair it is to be forced to bring canvas bags to transfer your groceries to your car. Arif believes you should be given a choice. Arif also talks about the laws on the production of light bulbs and how ridiculous these new laws are. The new law states you can not sell or produce a certain type of light bulb which forces us to only use halogen lights and led lights in our homes.

Hour 2 – On the second hour of today’s show Arif talks to us about your social security and how to make some smart choices with your spouse in case you passes away. Arif gets into pension plans if your spouse passes away and how you must find out this information before you pass away because you may need signatures on documents and that can’t be done if you pass away.

Arif ends todays show giving us some great information on your social security and retirement.
