On todays show Arif and Mark talk about budgeting and how to budget your money correctly. Afrif gets into handling your credit card correctly and spending wisely. He also tells us a story of how he recently had someone try to use his credit card without him knowing. Arif gets into having extra spending cash on you for emergencies. You never know when you will need some extra spending cash for gas or food. Arif talks about how it doesn’t matter how much money you have, time is your most precious resource. To wrap up the first hour we will go over the 5 big mistakes most people make. Number 1 being “Not tracking your actual expenses” number two “Neglecting emergency planning” number 3 “Forgetting to allow for non-recurring expenses” number 4 “Not expecting the really bad stuff” and number 5 “Not budgeting your top resource: Time”.
Hour 2
On the second hour of today’s show Arif and Mark get into the challenges of paying for emergencies. meaning paying any unplanned expenses. Unplanned expenses are going to happen, but are you prepared? Arif and Mark get into paying your car loan and paying interest on your car loan. They also talk about having two jobs or even having three jobs in todays economy.
