Hour 1

Arif and Jeff begin today’s show with some advice on how to set up your retirement plan. There are a few different ways to invest into your retirement like a 401k, TSA/403B and 457/Deferred Comp. Arif suggest the best route to take is to first sit down with someone to set up a working retirement plan so you can get the most out of your plan. Sometimes a plan is advised for the average person and may not be the perfect plan for you. Arif stress that you should sit down with some one to create the perfect retirement plan specifically for you.

Hour 2

Arif starts off the second hour talking about how you don’t want to start your retirement plan to late. Arif and Jeff then get into home insurance and how you should know what your home insurance covers. Does it cover earthquakes, mold, termites,sinkholes or nuclear exposure. Jeff also talks about renters insurance and if you are renting be sure to know what you are covered for. Arif and Jeff wrap up the second hour talking about how you should know what your insurance covers and what insurance doesn’t cover.
