They touch on a few things like who gets your stuff once you pass away, and what kind of will do you have? They also get into will you be buried or cremated, witch one is the best decision for you and your family. They also talk about probate and how no one fully understands probate.

On the second hour of today’s show Arif talks about special needs trust and trust protectors. Special guest George Turner gets into how even if you are mentally handicapped you can have a family member or friend be appointed to handle your trust account so you do not get taken advantage of.
