3:50 – 4:05 p.m. – Assemblyman Smyth – Opening Remarks

4:05 – 4:20 p.m. – Open Remarks from Bus Tour

4:20 – 4:50pm – Group meets w/ Aracely Campa, Lead Consultant on Water for Assembly Member Anna Caballero, (Water, Parks and Wildlife Committee & lead author of comprehensive water package).

7:30 p.m. – Dinner at the Firehouse Restaurant – Opening remarks

7:35 p.m. Speaker: Steve Poizner – Insurance Commissioner and Gubernatorial candidate.

March 23rd, 2010

8:30 a.m. – Group meets with Senator George Runner

9:00 a.m.- 9:30 a.m. – Group meets with Ron Davis, State Legislative Director, Association of California Water Agencies.

9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Group meets with Assembly Member Mary Hayashi, Chair, Assembly Select Committee on Community Colleges.

10:00 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Group meets with Senator Bob Huff, Vice-Chair of Senate Education Committee – Joint Author of Race to the Top.

10:45 a.m. – 11:45 a.m. – Group takes a VIP tour of Stanford Mansion.

1:15 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. – Group meets with Elaine Howle, State Auditor – Redistricting Commission

1:45 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. – Group meets with Cindy McKim, Deputy Director – Caltrans

2:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. – Group meets with Senator Tony Strickland

3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Group meets with Assemblyman Bill Emmerson, Member of the Assembly Health Committee.

3:30pm – Cameron Smyth gives closing remarks.

3:45pm – Depart for Santa Clarita
