The most exciting summer concert series in Valencia has a new Title Sponsor and a new name!
Keyes Lexus of Valencia takes over as the 2005 Title Sponsor, as the Friday night concert series prepares for it’s seventh year of world class events outside of the Hyatt in Valencia.
Formerly the “Blue Barrel Blues & Jazz Concert Series,” the new name of the event is “Lexus of Valencia Jazz & Blues Concert Series.”
“We've been a series sponsor for the past 3 years and were thrilled for the opportunity for Lexus of Valencia to become the Title sponsor of one of the most exciting concert series in our city,” says Bill McClendon, Lexus’ local General Manger.
Established in 1999, the concert series has been known as the “Blue Barrel Blues & Jazz Concert Series” since 2000.
“Blue Barrel has been a major supporter of this event from the first day, starting as a Series Sponsor, and then becoming the Title Sponsor five years ago. We appreciate their continued support in the 2005 concert season as they return as a Series Sponsor,” said Barbara Myler, President of Summit West Management, LLC and producer of the event.
Bill McClendon said, “Both Keyes and Lexus Corporate officials jumped at the chance to expand our participation in an event that reflects the excellence of our product.”
This year’s concert season promises to provide 14 spectacular weekly events offering world class musicians, food and activities in a friendly family atmosphere. The live concerts begin June 10 through September 9, every Friday night from 7:00 – 9:30 pm on Town Center Drive at McBean Parkway – in the street, adjacent to the Hyatt Valencia.
