SCV Scholarship Foundation Meeting Print E-mail
The motto of the half-century-old SCV Scholarship Foundation is “Helping Today’s Scholars Become Tomorrow’s Leaders.
Last spring this local organization awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships to graduates at all high schools in the William S. Hart District.

With the help of local high school counselors and a dedicated group of volunteers, the Scholarship Foundation has been a viable local non-profit since 1951.  Thanks to the generosity of local families, businesses, and organizations, more than $1.5 million in scholarships have been awarded to 1900 local students since 1976.

At 7:00 pm on Thursday, October 26, the SCV Scholarship Foundation will hold its annual meeting and elections at the Valencia Hills Homeowners Association Clubhouse, 24060 Oak Vale Drive, Santa Clarita 91355.

All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting, contact President Susan Armstrong at 255-9896, or visit the Foundation’s website at: scvsf.org
