Two gang members were arrested Wednesday after allegedly carjacking a man in Newhall.
Miguel Mendez called deputies from the vicinity of 16th Street and Walnut Street and reported that four men had kidnapped him and taken his car around 9 p.m.
Deputies responding were able to catch 20-year old Cesar Silva and a 13-year old male Hispanic who were positively identified by the victim.
Both men in custody are reportedly members of the Newhall 13 gang.
