Two community meetings will educate residents in emergency procedures.

 

Two community safety meetings, aimed at educating residents on brush clearance, evacuation procedures, fire and sheriff’s resources and more, have been scheduled Monday, May 12 and Thursday, May 15.

The May 12 meeting will be held at 7 p.m. in Aliso Hall, Room 101 at College of the Canyons, 26455 Rockwell Canyon Road and the May 15 gathering will be at 7 p.m. in the multipurpose room of Castiac Elementary School, 30455 Park Vista Drive.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend these meetings where city, sheriff and fire officials will share valuable information, including details on the Community Emergency Response Training (C.E.R.T.) program.
