Sigalert Cancelled At Southbound I-5 And Southbound 14 Truck Route Print E-mail

Eight-car pileup snarls early morning commute.

UPDATED 9:28 a.m.

All lanes on the 14 and southbound I-5 are reopened and a Sigalert cancelled after a 7:30 a.m. accident snarled traffic and closed all of the truck route lanes.

An 8-car pileup had caused a Sigalert in the area of the southbound 14 to the southbound I-5 transition road.
All lanes were closed from the southbound truck route transition to the southbound I-5 truck route.
Caltrans crews are now cleaning up hay that spilled in the accident.
