The second fire in the Santa Clarita Valley within two days burned 60 acres of dry grass along a Canyon Country hillside Sunday….
About 150 firefighters plus four water-dropping helicopters fought the fire which is still under investigation.
The fire began about 1 p.m. north of Soledad Canyon Road near Sierra Highway and drew many spectators. The fire was put out shortly before 3 p.m.
On Saturday, another fire charred 125 acres of grass and brush in Hasley Canyon.
