Donald ‘Dutch’ Hearne, a Canyon Country registered sex offender, pleaded no contest to charges of piercing local teens in his home…

Hearne, 58, who has a prior conviction of performing lewd acts on minors, was arrested after 14- to 16-year old girls accused him of making sexually inappropriate remarks and gestures when they went to his home.  He will serve eight months in prison on child molestation charges.
