Tonight’s Santa Clarita City Council meeting will most likely be another episode in the saga and fight against the Cemex Corporation’s proposed mining project in the Santa Clarita Valley….

The Department of Planning and Economic Development is expected to ask for another $200,000 in legal fees to help fight the battle against Cemex.
