Court Upholds CLWA Water Storage Plan

Environmental groups argued that the state should’ve been lead agency for project.

The Castaic Lake Water Agency received a favorable ruling Thursday when a state appellate court upheld a lower court’s decision approving a plan for the agency to store groundwater in Kern County.
