HGTVs Designed To Sell Makes Over House In Valencia! Print E-mail

HGTV's television show "Designed to Sell" came to film in a Valencia home on Sunday, November 5th.

The show brings experts into a home before it goes on the market, and they operate within a budget of $2,000 to make the house sell faster, and for more money! The goal is to blend expert design tips with creative market conscious home improvement, which will transform a regular house into one that is striking. According to the show, people too often spend thousands of dollars improving too many things, or the wrong things.

The show went through four weeks of work and filming, and received new paint, a few appliances, and some bargain furniture.

Sunday was the first day the house was available for viewing by the public, and the open house also marked the first day of the house being on the market.

Realtors Terrie and Wade Reynolds were delighted with the changes, and they credited the show and the homeowners for the project going as smoothly and successfully as it did.

To contact Terri and Wade Reynolds, you can go terriandwade.com, or call them at 661-296-8700.
