After a tumultuous recent history, the Agua Dulce Airpark has changed hands.
A mere six months after the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission closed the public hearing on the airpark’s fate, Wayne Spears of Spears Manufacturing Inc. in Sylmar purchased the airpark.
