Non-city Residents to Pay More

Council OKs charging people living in unincorporated areas an additional amount for parks, facilities, programs… 

After heated exchanges on the tail end of a five-hour meeting, the Santa Clarita City Council voted Tuesday to charge residents of unincorporated Los Angeles County a higher price for city-developed parks, facilities, & programs.
